IMPORTANT UPDATES
Minimum remuneration thresholds changed from 1 March 2026, including updated General and Critical Skills thresholds and specific rates for certain occupations.
Employment Permits Online supports applications and tracking. Unsubmitted drafts are deleted after 28 days, and applications must arrive at least 12 weeks before the proposed start date.
Eligibility depends on the real duties, occupation list, basic salary, hours, experience, employer and permit route—not the job title alone.
