Record every permission, renewal, gap and trip accurately. For each absence, keep dates, destination, reason and supporting evidence.
Absence ranges
0–70 days is within the general guideline. 71–100 days requires a clear explanation and exceptional circumstances. The current guide states that applications exceeding 100 days should be delayed.
